Every shoot begins long before the camera comes out. Here's what working together actually looks like.

Discovery

We start with a conversation about your brand, your goals, and how you want to feel in your images. No questionnaire. Just a real dialogue.

Creative Direction

Together we build a creative brief of mood boards, color palette, styling references, and location ideas, until the vision feels completely like you.

The Shoot

On shoot day you don't perform. You inhabit. The direction is continuous, collaborative, and designed to pull out what's already there.

Delivery

Fully edited images delivered to a private gallery, each one a deliberate choice. Not a dump of frames, but a curated set that tells a complete story.

The Founder

Zabo Visuals was built from a deep appreciation for seeing beauty in everything.

Founder Valentina Szabo has always been drawn to moments that feel honest, not just the polished or perfectly staged ones, but the in between expressions, the natural energy of a space, and the way people shift when they feel truly seen. At the same time, she's equally inspired by the intentional side of photography, where lighting, direction, and composition can transform something simple into something cinematic, atmospheric, and visually striking.

Her work exists between controlled and uncontrolled environments. Sometimes that means studio setups where light and mood are carefully shaped, and other times it means working within real environments and allowing moments to unfold naturally. In both cases, the goal remains the same: to capture something authentic while making it feel intentional.

Before stepping into photography and creative direction, Valentina spent years in the restaurant industry, where she developed a strong understanding of presentation, atmosphere, and the way detail shapes experience. That perspective naturally evolved into the foundation of Zabo Visuals: approaching imagery not just as photographs, but as mood, energy, identity, and perspective.

A few things worth knowing before you reach out.

Where are you based, and do you travel for shoots?

Zabo Visuals is based in Orlando, Florida, and travels worldwide for select projects. Share your location when you reach out and we'll work out the details together.

Do you offer headshots?

Yes, professional headshots are a core part of what I do, for individuals, founders, and teams. That includes personal branding, corporate, and LinkedIn headshots, shot in studio or on location around Orlando.

What does working together actually look like?

Every project moves through four stages: Discovery, Creative Direction, the Shoot, and Delivery. We start with a real conversation, build a creative brief together, shoot collaboratively, and finish with a curated, fully edited gallery.

What's included in a session?

Creative direction, collaborative mood boarding, styling and location guidance, and a curated set of fully edited images delivered through a private online gallery. Chosen frames, not a dump of everything.

How far in advance should I book?

Dates are reserved with a retainer and fill up around peak seasons, so earlier is better. Send your preferred timing and we'll confirm availability.

How do retainers and rescheduling work?

A 50% nonrefundable retainer secures your date and applies toward your total. Your first reschedule is complimentary with 24 hours' notice. Full details are in the Booking & Cancellation Policy below.

Retainer

A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to secure all sessions. This reserves your date and is applied toward your total.

Reschedules
1st

Complimentary. Must be requested at least 24 hours before session start.

2nd

An additional 50% retainer is required to secure a new date.

3rd

Both retainers are forfeited. A full rebook is required.

Cancellation

Cancellations within 48 hours of session start are subject to a $100 fee. Retainers are nonrefundable in all cases.

Refer to your contract for full terms & conditions. Please make all arrangements prior to booking.
